S3 Leadership Facilitator Training makes it possible for people to become certified to present S3 Lead Like Jesus Encounters wherever and whenever they find it convenient — and in whatever format that works for them and their sponsoring organizations.
As part of their certification, facilitators are provided with the dramatic video and essential PowerPoint materials they need to present S3 Lead Like Jesus Encounters. Facilitators are also authorized to order copies of the S3 Encounter Workbook for participants who attend their Encounters.
Because one of our goals is to certify as many facilitators as possible in as many Catholic settings as possible all over the world to help us spread the good news of how to Lead Like Jesus, we are committed to keeping the cost of our facilitator training and materials as low as possible.

The first group of facilitators trained for the Catholic Version of Leading Like Jesus at Techny Towers in Chicago, November 13, includes a priest, ordained deacons, men and women religious, as well as lay women and men.
